Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
